For Model A (two bedrooms):

1 to 28 days	: from Af 180,-/day or $ 100,-/day all in.
4 to 12 weeks	: from Af 1080,-/week or $ 600,-/week all in.
3 to 6 months	: from Af 2880,-/month or $ 1600,-/month all in.
7 months or more	: from Af 2700,-/month or $ 1500,-/month all in.

For Model B (one bedroom):

1 to 28 days	: from Af 135,-/day or $ 75,-/day all in.
4 to 12 weeks	: from Af 845,-/week or $ 470,-/week all in.
3 to 6 months	: from Af 1980,-/month or $ 1100,-/month all in.
7 months or more	: from Af 1800,-/month or $ 1000,-/month all in.

During high season a 25% price increase applies for the periods of 1 to 28 days and of 4 to 8 weeks.
